It was leg day yesterday.

Squats    5x 15, 15, 12, 8, 5 (135, 185, 225, 245, 275)

Single-Leg Squats (per leg)   3x 10, 10, 10 (95, 95, 95)

Straight-Leg Deadlift   3x 10, 10, 10 (225, 225, 225)

Standing Barbell Calf Raises    3x 10, 10, 10 (225, 225, 225)

Have lost some strength ib my legs. 275 used to be perfect for 3 sets of 9-10. Finally over that chest cold and can focus on getting big again.
